This program was founded in February of 2008 by W3 Sustainable, LLC, a Boulder Colorado based small business consulting company, and has grown into it's own self sustaining corporation, Inspire Commerce, a registered ISA of Payment Systems, ISO/MSP Chase Paymentech, Dallas, TX.
